I wanted to share my paintings of the soon to be demolished Northbourne Housing Group with the local residents. To achieve this, I printed the works on a large single sheet of waterproof Tyvek fabric and hung the banners in situ on the site fences. This created a contrasting relationship between the real-estate hoardings and drew attention to the use of art in real-estate as a form of art washing. These photos document me installing the work and I think they lasted a couple of weeks before dissappearing. Photos by Ursula.
